Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

-If a deposit was paid and no significant work has been performed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing fees. - If the service is not delivered as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Conditions

- Change of mind after work has started or been completed. - Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, feedback, or communication). - Domain name registration, hosting, and third-party services once purchased on your behalf.

Refund Processing Time

If eligible, approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days and returned via the original method of payment.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement, we encourage open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
